Information
  • ECMWF HRES maps of the 06Z and 18Z runs every 3 hours to 6 days (F144), from the licensed 9-km (0.1°) grid. The newest cycle fills in as the data arrive (from about 7:10 AM/PM EDT); this page picks up new hours by itself. (Every hour to F090: ECMWF 1-HOURLY.) This service is based on data and products of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).
  • LAGGED (6 RUNS) shows the current run beside the five before it, all valid at the same time: how the forecast for that moment has changed run to run.
  • SAVE LOOP makes an MP4 or GIF of what you are looking at, for all the frames or just a range, in your browser; SAVE IMAGE saves the map on screen, or the six lagged runs on one PNG. Nothing is uploaded.
